About The Team
The Partner Marketing Manager (Tech Alliances) is a hands-on operator responsible for executing co-marketing programs with strategic technology partners (e.g., AWS, NVIDIA) to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines.
This role owns the end-to-end delivery of joint campaigns and partner activation programs, working closely with Alliances, Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and Sales to convert partner engagement into measurable revenue outcomes. This role reports to the Director of Partner Marketing (or equivalent within Marketing) and collaborates closely with the VP of Partnerships / Alliances.
What You’ll Do
1. Partner-Sourced Pipeline Generation
Execute co-marketing programs that generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
Support joint ABM and account-targeting initiatives with strategic partners
Execute alliance and partner-focused live and virtual events.
Track performance against pipeline targets and optimize programs accordingly
2. Co-Marketing Campaign Execution
Build and launch joint campaigns (webinars, email, paid media, content syndication)
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and partner approvals
Ensure consistent execution across channels in coordination with Demand Gen
3. Partner Program & Portal Management
Own partner marketing content and experience within the partner portal (e.g., Allbound)
Maintain up-to-date, high-quality co-marketing assets and campaign kits and usage of these across the company
Enable partners with ready-to-use programs that drive engagement and pipeline
4. Partner with several Cross-Functional Coordination Teams
Alliances Team to align on priority partners and joint plans
Demand Gen to execute digital components of campaigns
Field Marketing to support partner-driven events and follow-ups
Sales to ensure pipeline follow-through and deal progression
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Measure campaign performance across pipeline, engagement, and ROI (Cost per Opportunity)
Report on partner contribution to pipeline (sourced and influenced)
Continuously optimize based on performance insights
Minimum Qualifications
5–8 years in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Demand Generation
Experience running co-marketing campaigns with technology partners
Strong program management and execution skills
Familiarity with B2B SaaS or infrastructure ecosystems
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
