Where is this Role Available?
This hybrid role is available in India, Bengaluru.
What you'll do
As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing global support to our entire team. You will be responsible for supporting a variety of operating systems and applications to ensure seamless operations and high user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems.
- Manage and administer Google Workspace applications and user accounts.
- Support and maintain Slack, Jamf and Jira applications, including user management and troubleshooting.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and peripherals.
- Implement and manage security protocols and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the use of technology and applications.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrades.
- You will be responsible for inventory management and procurement of hardware and software in your region and other regions in similar time zones.

Desired Skills and Experience

Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
- Applications: Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira is required.
- Additional Tools (Preferred): Experience with Keeper, Zapier, KnowBe4, and Teamtailor is highly desired.
- Preferred with startup experience, creating SOPs and other documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in relevant IT areas (such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Google certifications) is a plus.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT support or a related role.Sophisticated business sense and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our user’s businesses.
